Is it Near the entrance ?? or too close to the fence ??? and is it in the center of the Compound, or in case of the apartment in a building is it in the main frontage of the building or in the back

• Near the property from the entrance to the project (not prefered it)
• Near the property of the project Fence (sure not prefered too)
• Near the club from the club (good proximity to the club) Real estate overlooking the stadiums
• Proximity to shops and markets within the project (not prefered)
• Best choice in the center of the project overlooking the club and reasonably close to shops.
• The choice of the ground floor or the last round is not the best choice (I myself love the roles of the ground and the latter because each of them in some way)
But unfortunately the real estate market is going to reverse (with minor exceptions in Maadi and Zamalek)
In general, if you want to get a bigger return if you sell the property in the future, avoid the last and the ground.
